Online Certification

The world is full of examples of incorrect BPMN diagrams.  That means many people who think they understand BPMN really don’t.  This training will show you how to use the notation correctly, and – equally important – use it effectively in your process modeling efforts. The training includes numerous exercises in which you diagram a given scenario, with discussion of the solution provided immediately after. Working through these exercises - not just skipping ahead to the answer - is important to learning BPMN.

To demonstrate proficiency, you will also be required to complete two exercises presented at the end of the training, and email them to BPMessentials as .vsd files created in the Process Modeler tool.  If your solution is unsatisfactory, you will be given suggestions how to fix it and asked to resubmit. This individualized feedback is worth the price of the training by itself.

Satisfactory completion of the training thus demonstrates real proficiency in BPMN, and BPMessentials will recognize it with a certificate.  In addition to the certificate mailed to you, your name will be published in a list of certified BPMN professionals on the BPMessentials website.  (You have the option of suppressing publication.)
